Our approach
We want you to be satisfied with Aced. If something has gone wrong we will always try to make it right. Please contact us at support@getaced.co.uk before requesting a refund and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Pay per session
If you purchased a Session (£7.99), Bundle (£29.99 for 5 Rounds), or Yearly plan (£79.99 for unlimited Rounds) and were unable to generate questions due to a technical fault on our side we will issue a full refund or credit. If questions were successfully generated and you were able to practice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable. This is because the AI generation has already taken place and the value has been delivered.
Yearly plan
You can cancel your Yearly plan at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partially used periods. If you cancel mid-year you retain access until the end of that year but will not be refunded for the remaining time.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances. You were charged twice for the same purchase. A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the service you paid for. You cancelled within 14 days of your first ever purchase and have not used the service. This is your statutory right under UK consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@getaced.co.uk with your account email address and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
