1. About Aced
Aced is an AI-powered interview preparation platform operated as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. By creating an account and using Aced you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Aced. You may not share your account with anyone else.
3. What Aced provides
Aced provides AI-generated interview practice questions, feedback, and coaching based on documents you upload. The questions and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for practice purposes only. Aced does not guarantee you will succeed in any interview. Results depend on your own preparation and performance.
4. Your documents
You retain ownership of all documents you upload to Aced including your CV, job descriptions, and supporting statements. By uploading documents you grant Aced a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating your practice questions and feedback. We do not share your documents with third parties. Documents are stored securely and you can delete them at any time.
5. Payments
Aced offers pay per session and monthly subscription plans. All prices are in British pounds and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile page. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods or individual sessions already generated.
6. Free tier
Free accounts receive one practice session. Free sessions include the full question generation and basic feedback experience. Upgrading to a paid plan unlocks additional sessions, full feedback, voice mode, and results.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Aced to upload documents containing illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Aced platform or its AI outputs for commercial purposes. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.
8. AI generated content
The questions, feedback, and coaching provided by Aced are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to ensure quality, AI generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You should use your own judgement when preparing for real interviews. Aced is a practice tool not a guarantee of interview success.
9. Limitation of liability
Aced is provided as is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of employment opportunity, interview failure, or any other direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes. Continued use of Aced after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
